What are your delivery charges within Karachi and across Pakistan?
We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 199 for all orders within Karachi, and PKR 250 for nationwide delivery. Orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free shipping.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For customers in Karachi, delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours. For other cities across Pakistan, please allow 3 to 5 working days for your package to arrive.
Can I return a book if it arrives damaged?
Yes, we have a 7-day replacement policy. If your book arrives with printing defects, missing pages, or significant shipping damage, please contact our support team for a free replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfers, and payments via EasyPaisa or JazzCash for your convenience.
